What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you register on our site or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, birthdate, phone number, and/or email address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.
Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each promotional email.

Cookies
Site postings: If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Who we share your data with
Password Resets: If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
Comment Data: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by receipt within 60 days of purchase to receive store credit or exchange.
No cash refunds. Hair accessories and Makeup non-refundable. Reward points earned only on day of purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS
Guests must sign into their account and share their unique referral code in order for their friends to receive a $20 Referral Bonus. The referred guest must be a first time Adolf Biecker Spa/Salon guest to receive the Bonus. When the friend visits an Adolf Biecker Spa/Salon location for the first time and redeems your unique referral code, you will automatically receive a Referral Bonus for $20 Off services or products. There is no limit to how many friends one can refer, but the referred guest must be a new Adolf Biecker Spa/Salon guest in order for either person to receive the $20 Bonus.
The $20 Referral Bonus expires 30 days after it is shared. Please allow up to 24 hours for the Bonus code to be added to the guest profile. The $20 Referral Bonus is valid on any service or product, and cannot be redeemed for a gift card, membership, deposit, or package purchase. Not valid with any other offer or promotion. The referrer and new guest must be age 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to be eligible for the $20 Referral Bonus. Adolf Biecker Spa/Salon employees are not eligible for this referral program
Adolf Biecker Spa/Salon reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict referral bonuses or any aspect of the program at any time. Any changes to the program can be made without advance notice. Fraud or abuse relating to earning or redeeming referral bonuses may result in revocation of membership in the program and may affect a Member’s eligibility for participation in any other Adolf Biecker Spa/Salon program or discount. Adolf Biecker Spa/Salon referral bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
ADOLF BIECKER REWARDS
Reward yourself with points toward your favorite services and Aveda products. To join, simply provide your email address on your next visit to your favorite Adolf Biecker location. Points will accrue automatically for your service and product purchases. The more you shop with us, the greater your rewards.
Once enrolled, you’ll earn:
- A point for every dollar spent on products and services
You’ll also earn extra points on:
- Promotional double and triple-point days
- Online surveys about your service experiences
- Purchases of featured products, services or a combination of both
REDEMPTION
Now you can redeem your points at any time. There’s no minimum reward amount. Apply your accrued points to any purchase.
Account must remain active to retain Reward Points. Accounts become inactive if no product or service purchases are made in a twelve (12) month period. Valid email address required to sign up. SPA ETIQUETTE
Check in Policy
Please help us by being on time for your reservation. Our scheduling is designed to permit the maximum time needed. For your convenience, we recommend that our guests schedule their next reservations prior to leaving the Spa/Salon. For spa services, we suggest that you check in with our spa/salon coordinators 30 minutes prior to your reservation time. We encourage relaxation time prior to your experience.
Mobile phones
As a courtesy to all guests, mobile phones must be silenced while in the spa. Please refrain from any phone calls.
Talking during experience
You may talk during the treatment or be still, as you choose. The therapist will follow your lead. In general, try to use a quiet “spa voice” when you talk anywhere in the spa.
Clothing Option
Undress to your comfort and wear a robe in all spa areas. Once you are in your treatment room, you will be able to remove your robe in privacy. You provider will drape a sheet throughout the service to preserve modesty
Personal Belongings
We recommend that you do not wear jewelry or bring valuable belongings to the spa.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and our experience providers, if you ned to cancel your reservation, please provide at least 24- hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the full amount of the scheduled service
Gratuities
Gratuities may be left at the discretion of each guest and are greatly appreciated. Gratuities may be made as cash or credit/debit payments for your convenience.
ADolf Biecker Gift Cards
Adolf Biecker Gift Cards do not expire and can be used as payment towards services and/or products at any Adolf Biecker location until the entire value is depleted. Adolf Biecker Gift Cards can be used at any Adolf Biecker location. If an Adolf Biecker Gift Card has been purchased for a specific service where the price is greater than the location the service is performed, the difference in the service price will be the responsibility of the bearer. Service prices are subject to change. Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash or its equivalent and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards. Products and services purchased using Adolf Biecker gift cards are not eligible for Adolf Biecker Rewards points. Adolf Biecker Gift Cards must be present at the time of payment.
Jean Madeline, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen Gift Cards.
For balance inquires please call 267.295.7272 or visit our gift card portal. Balances will not be released over the phone without the Adolf Biecker Gift Card number.
Use of an Adolf Biecker Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
